2 Linkage Chock Shield Roof Support

We have applied for National Invention Patent for the 2 linkage chock shield roof support. This product is a new type of support equipment between mechanized mining bracket and suspended support. It inherits the former's advantages of high safety, good entirety, and ability to move by itself and solves the latter's problem of poor stability. It has the merits of strong adaptability, small size, light weight, easy operation, as well as convenient disassembly, transport, and assembly.

If the top beam moves forward or backward during descent, the upright will be driven to tilt. At this time, open the attitude control jack. Adjust the length of the jack and the angle of the connecting rod to achieve vertical lifting of upright, i.e., vertical movement of top beam, making the running track of the front end of the bracket nearly linear.

The 2 linkage chock shield roof support solves the 4 linkage support's problem that the forward friction within some height range will cause the front top beam to break. Unlike the four linkage type which has compact structure, this 2 linkage type product is easier to install. It also solves the single pendulum mechanism bracket's problem that the running track is semicircular and the movement range is too large.
