Features and Applications
1. The RPT620-2/920-2/1320-2 double roller coating machine is used to process doors, artwares, bamboo curtains, panel furniture and more. It is applicable for the roll coating treatments of primer and finishing paint, and it is also suitable for coloring process.
2. The coated surface is smooth with saturated color, and wrinkling problems are avoided. The final result is comparable to that of a spraying machine, but the paint thickness is much smaller, which means that this cost-effective machine helps customers save a lot of cost.
3. The conveyor belt, rubber roller and electrical light roller are individually controlled by the imported motors and frequency converters. As a result, the smoothness and thickness of paint are more precisely controlled.
4. The coating roller has a quick-assemble structure, so convenient installation and replacement are realized. Moreover, it is characterized by precise positioning, and the height is detected by the counter. So, the operator will get a better knowledge about the detailed condition of plates with different thicknesses.
5. This double roller coating machine is equipped with imported scraper, and the scraping angle is adjusted by the micro worm reducer, while the distance between smooth roller and PU roller is adjusted by worm and gear.
6. Five sets of frequency converters are applied, or an optional PLC could be adopted to achieve CNC control. In addition, each set is able to work independently to make the operation more accurate.
