The PVC sheet extrusion line is used to produce wall panel, ceiling panel, plastic flooring, plastic door and window frame, and other plastic building materials. With the screw whose diameter ranges from 38mm to 188mm, this extrusion line enjoys a production capacity from 20kg/h to 800kg/h, which fully meets industry demands. For maximized performance, we usually design the PVC sheet production line in accordance with the desired type of end product. In addition, we can also offer other types of plastic sheet making machines compatible with WPC, PP, PE, ABS, and other types of raw materials.
The core parts, extruder screw and barrel, are made of top quality 38CrMoAIA. Nitrogen treatment provides them with higher resistance to wearing, corrosion, and high temperature. Also, Ni60 coating for the barrel discharge end and the screw thread surface ensures extended lifespan.
In addition to quality core components, our PVC sheet extrusion line also adopts famous brand electrical components with International Warranty Service. These components include RKC temperature control meter, Siemens contactor and electric motor, FUJI or ABB variable frequency drive, and Schneider air switch. Due to this, the plastic sheet extrusion machinery enjoys stable performance and low failure rate.
