Cold Rolled Steel

Founded in 2003, Dalishen Technology takes charge of manufacturing the cold rolled steel. Today, it has a cold rolled steel coil production line equipped with 6 rolling mill set and three production lines with 12 rolling mill set. We also introduce the advanced metallurgy cold rolled mechanical equipment and import American I2S thickness meter, hydraulic AGC, Siemens electric control equipment to assemble the production lines for making super thin cold rolled steel sheets with high technology. These 4 production lines for sheet metal coil went into production in succession from 2006 to 2010.

To expand the production scale again, we planned to invest 12 production lines of 20 rolling mill set in 2010. By 2012, there had been three lines of Sendzimir 20 rolling mill sets putting into use and 9 Sendzimir lines were still predicted to be established. Furthermore, we also adopted the Belgium IRM thickness gauge, American RMC thickness gauge and EMG alignment system to make sure the rolling precision and stability. At present, the thickness accuracy of our cold rolled steel is controlled within ±0.01mm. The finished plate and coil feature exquisite shape and neat side surface.

The cold rolled steel is the first significant process in our steel coil industrial chain. We select the superior raw materials from Wuhan Iron and Steel, Baoshan Iron and Steel and other companies so as to create a solid foundation for supplying excellent raw materials for galvanized steel coils in next phrase in this chain.

Our current annual capacity of cold rolled steel sheet in coil is 1,200,000 tons. Its quality conforms to the Q/BQB402-2003 standard, ranking in the leading position in this field. This selection of cold formed steel is widely seen in construction materials, civil application, automobile making, home appliances manufacture and other industries. It is exported to Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions.

Package
1.Ordinary package
The cold rolled steel coil is firstly wrapped in the kraft paper and then equipped with internal and external corner protectors on both sides. Finally, the steel coil will be fixed by the plastic packing tapes.
2. Refinement package
At first, the cold rolled steel needs to be packed with rustproof paper and then covered by the plastic film. Furthermore, the protective plate is used to wrap the inside lining of the product. Then the whole cold rolled coil should be baled by iron plate. On both sides, it will be mounted with inner and outer corner protectors by means of external circle paper. At last, the coil will be fixed by the steel strip in cross way.
3. Simple package
When the cold rolled steel coil is used as raw material of galvanized steel sheet and sold inside our Group, it adopts the simple package with internal and external corner protectors and packing tapes.
