Features and Functions
Simulcast Network-A simulcast network is constructed by the combination of repeaters and network switches. All the repeaters in the simulcast network are active on the same frequency and at the same time. As a result, wide signal coverage between buildings without blind spots is fully ensured.
Installation and Wiring-With the help of network interfaces, installation and wiring are very convenient.
Encoding and Decoding-Using the CTD/DCS dynamic encoding and decoding, users can set specific analog or digital signaling based on what the need. Then group call and successive call can be achieved and flexible network organization is available.
DC Float Mode-For the product, AC/DC power supply is available. The DC emergency power supply is optional. So customers can choose to add if they need. In the normal working status, the DC power supply is charged. When there is a power failure or an interruption of power supply, the repeater is switched to DC power mode without delay.
LED Display-LEDs on the front panel are intended to indicate the status of power supply, receiving and transmitting. The function makes it easy for users to know the working status of the product in real time.
Tunable Channel Spacing-Users can adjust the channel spacing according to the rules made by their local radio management committee. To support radio resource management, users can set channel bandwidth as 25KHz (wide band) or 12.5KHz (narrow band).
PC Programming and Tuning-The repeat walkie-talkie comes with a RJ port for programming. Users can timely change receiving and transmitting frequency, set CTCSS/CDCSS signaling and squelch level parameters by PC programming and tuning on the site. Networking becomes more flexible on the site.
Base Station and Built-in Speaker-The RJ45 port on the front panel can be used as a MIC port. When connected to the specific accessory, which is designed for connecting external PTT or speaker, the product could serves as a base station. A 0.5W speaker is equipped inside of the cabinet. It enables users to monitor channels easily.
Time-out Timer-The time-out timer limits the time of each transmission to a certain period of time prevent any individual user from occupying the trunking station for too long.
Frequency Display-Operation of compound keys on the front panel allows display of receiving frequency and transmitting frequency of master/salve machine. Therefore, repairing and debugging on the site can be easily achieved.
Repeater Delay-when users release the PTT button, relay station continues to stay in retransmitting status for a while to reduce delay caused by frequent booting trunk circuits. The repeater delay can be set as 0 to 7 seconds.
Adjustable Power Level-Considering the balance between power consumption and communication distance, users can set every channel to high (10W), and low (5/5W) power by programming. Power level can be adjusted reasonably and timely to save power especially when the product works with DC power supply.
High-Power and Multiple Heat Dissipation System-The cooling fan installed on the back of the cabinet and air vents on the front panel provide plenty of room for air to flow through for f internal transceiver. High heat dissipation performance is obtained even when the product works with high load. The fan speeds up with the increase of temperature. Noise is reduced as far as possible to make indoor users free from impact.
Built-in Integrated Controller-Master machine and slave machine are simultaneously controlled by the front panel. So the operation is much easier and more convenient. Various indicators are capable of displaying working mode and status in real time. Logic part and audio part of the trunking controller are integrated on the panel, thus ensuring easy dispatching operation in every working mode.
