Features
1. We manufacture the autoclave strictly in compliance with the GB150 and related executive standards. The cover is pressed from the Q345 steel plate, and the autoclave body is forged form the 16Mn. In addition, the pressure parts that apply the union melt welding have been strictly treated with the X-ray non-destructive testing.
2. This horizontal type steel cylindrical device is designed with both fixed and moveable supports. Its top part applies the special supports. Those supports can better adjust to the expansion and contraction of the autoclave, so as to guarantee the safe production.
3. Our device makes use of the flexible opening mechanism. It can be started or stopped via the hand reducer. In accordance with the user's requirement, we also can design the device that can be electrically, pneumatically, or hydraulically started or stopped.
4. Apart from the imported seal ring, its safety valve, temperature measuring element, vent valve, and more, are produced by the international famous manufacturers. Those highly qualified parts allow the autoclave to operate normally for a long term.
