Walk-behind Road Retexturing Machine

The walk-behind road retexturing machine is a small-sized product developed independently by our company. It is designed for the purpose of surface pretreatment for roads and bridges.

This road surface pretreatment equipment can efficiently wipe off coating lines as well as concrete laitance, and it can also perform a slight retexturing process to remove old surface. Thus, the adhesion property of road surface is strengthened, making it ready for slurry seal and waterproofing construction.

Features
1. This road retexturing machine uses a rigid blade that is rotating at a high speed to exert force on the target surface. It fits for different rough-making treatments if corresponding blade is applied.
2. The depth locking device is adjustable and it ensures consistent texture depth.
3. Our road treatment apparatus is equipped with a safety switch which is able to rapidly shut down the engine.
4. Dust collection interface is provided for dust collecting equipment, avoiding pollution to the environment.
5. The blade has a simple structure, making it possible to finish installation or removal within 5 minutes.
