Knitted Wire Mesh
Our weaving machine has more than 20 kinds. By using the machines, we can produce the knitted wire mesh with the wire diameter of 0.08mm to 0.3mm and the maximum width of 30 inches. The molded meshwork can be rolled to the wave type. The wire material is optional with stainless steel, copper, galvanized iron, polyamide fiber or F46 wire for customers to choose.
The gas-liquid filter wire cloth is produced through crochet weaving. It has the standard type, high efficiency type and high penetration type. The product is often applied for gas and liquid sieving. Moreover, it is widely employed in the industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, machinery, pharmaceuticals, automobile and environment protection for the technical process involving distillation, absorption, evaporation and filtration to eliminate the droplet and liquid foam entrained in the steam or gas. The product can also be adopted as the air strainer in the automobile or tractor.
