Track Roller

The track roller, also known as bottom roller, is one of the commonly seen undercarriage parts for heavy equipment. Hub
The hub is made of cast iron and is precision machined. This enables accurate assembly, and provides the track roller with increased radial load capacity.

Bimetallic Bushing
The outer steel housing functions to prevent breakage and ensures perfect fit with sealing elements. The premium inner copper bushing reduces abrasion, thus extending lifespan of the track roller.

Collar
The collar is craft using ductile cast iron with very high abrasion resistant. It is able to maximally support the radial load. International processing standard and rigorous quality control allows the collar to fit tightly with other track roller parts.

Shaft
The low-alloy steel forged shaft is machined by automatic precision machines. The surface that contacts with the track roller bushing undergoes induction heat treatment, which ensures optimized surface hardness. The super precision machining for shaft surface assists in extending the service life of the bushing.

Heavy Duty Seal Assembly
The seal assembly is the determining factor of the track roller life. It delivers optimum sealing performance, due to the alloy cast iron or wrought iron with high hardness, the quality rubber rings, and the accurate design of sealed chamber.
