1. American Type Inboard Drum Axle Series
Description
We offer American type inboard drum axle with the maximum load ranging from 8T to 20T. There are multiple different wheel track and brake chamber center distance for selection. ABS and automatic slack adjuster are available.
Features
1. Axle beam and parts are designed in accordance with the American standard, and the parts are easily interchangeable.
2. The one-piece axle beam is made of low carbon alloy steel. It is lightweight and shows high loading capacity, which is suitable for high intensity road transportation.
The comprehensive mechanical properties of the axle beam are improved due to the special and integrated heat treatment.
3. The induction hardening treatment imparts superior durability and fatigue resistance to the bearing journal.
4. World-renowned lubricant, Mobilgrease XHP 222 grease, is adopted.
5. Adjustable according to the axle load, the brake system gives outstanding friction performance owning to the adopted non-asbestos brake lining.
