Double Insulated Muffler

Our company independently develops the reactive double insulated muffler, and the cylinder is designed with a double-layer structure. The filled fiberglass cotton functions heat insulation, insuring that the working temperature of this product can not exceed 120°C. The product interior is combined with the mesh pipe and the separator. The reinforcing plate is applied to the connections of cylinder and inlet and outlet air pipe to prevent the cylinder from being torn. The material of this device is common carbon steel plate and heat-resistant paint covers the surface to resist the heat of 600℃. At present, this product is supplied for Fukuda vehicles for export with stable performance, and there is no quality problem since the supply in 2007.
