Concrete Pump Water Tank

The concrete pump water tank is positioned between the concrete pumping cylinder and hydraulic drive cylinder. On its top is a cover plate. Open the cover plate, user can clean out the tank as well as observe the water level in it. The water tank is machined by using NC boring machine to ensure the linearity and dimensional accuracy of the internal chamber. Features
During the pumping process, the water follows the piston end of the delivery cylinder to move back and forth. The function of the water is listed in the following.
1. Cleaning: The water can clean the residue retained on the inner wall of delivery cylinder, thus reducing the abrasion between the piston and the cylinder.
2. Sealing: Water that acts as a seal for the piston to enhance the pumping efficiency.
3. Cooling: Water cools and lubricates the piston, piston rod and piston seal.
