Komatsu Bulldozer Track Roller

The Komatsu bulldozer track roller can be divided into single-side type and double-side type. Its main function is to bear the weight of the bulldozer and make the track chain moves around the roller. Generally, we use the 50Mn carbon structural steel or the 40Mn2 alloy structural steel to manufacture the wheel body. The material goes through the machining work of casting, forging and then heat treating. The surface hardness reaches HRC45 to HRC52 after quenching and the abrasion resistance of the surface is thus enhanced.
