Gardne Denver Air End for the Screw Compressor
The screw compressor is a kind of gas compression system designed for vinyl chloride compression purpose. The twin screw compressor is researched, developed and manufactured by our company and Gardne Denver. The screw air end is made by Gardne Denver, whose rotor is manufactured from special chrome-manganese alloy. The stainless steel carriage and bearings contains no copper, mercury and other materials readily reacting with gas, which provides the gas compressor with enhanced reliability.
Prefilter and Air Intake Filter for the Screw Compressor
The low-speed silk screen intercepting and detaching mechanism of the prefilter is able to separate large impurity from liquid water, so as to reduce the impact pressure on the air intake filter. Therefore, the filter fineness of air intake filter can be improved from 3μm to 1μm, which effectively increases the purity of gas entering into the air end, the service life of the vinyl chloride screw compressor, and PVC quality.
Powerful Intelligent Control System for the Screw Compressor
This range of industrial compressor adopts Siemens PLC and PV084 touch screen main control unit, possessing greater anti-jamming capability and better automatic control function. Over 60 control points may monitor every critical components of the screw compressor for vinyl chloride compression.
