Structure
Our SHFJ20 and DHFJ20 concrete gravel and sand separation machine includes chute, cleaning waterway, gravel and sand separation screen drum, sewage outlet, carry sand machine and electronic control equipment.

Features
1. Our product could help users to eliminate the contamination of waste concrete. The wastewater for washing vehicle will pass three-stage sedimentation tank and be pulled into the machine to be recycled thoroughly. Thus no wastewater will be discharged. Meanwhile, our separation equipment also brings economic benefit for the recycle of gravel and sand.
2. Based on the number of washing vehicles, our concrete gravel and sand separation can be categorized into single parking and double parking type. According to the construction site layout, it can be categorized into left-mounted and right mounted type.
3. The concrete gravel and sand separation machine is carefully designed to make the maintenance easy and power consumption low.
4. It could separate sand and gravel completely, the wearing parts such as helical blade and screen tank adopt thick 16Mn steel to offer high wear-resistance and long service life. The separated gravel contains low moisture content.

You can select left-mounted and right mounted type based on your layout and number of vehicles.

Applications
It is mainly used to clean the mixing machine, separate and recycle the sand, stone together with water in waste concrete at commercial concrete mixing station (plant).
