Components of the Laser Cutting System
The LCF fiber laser tube plate laser cutting machine is configured with four parts, the Germany IPG fiber laser device, beam path transmission system, computer control system and NC machine.
1. The laser device of the product is formed with compact and integrated structure and it has no optical pollution and no coupling power loss. Due to the water cooling system, the laser device has the advantage of high efficiency and reliability. Adopting the double clad Yb3 doped fiber as the lasing medium, the laser device has long resonant cavity to eject high quality laser beam, whose M2 value is less than 1.1. Moreover, the fiber laser tube plate cutting machine makes use of the LD pumping source, whose average service life exceeds 100000 hours and is 200 times longer than that of the traditional lamp pumping source. As the fiber is extremely flexible, the laser device is designed in compact structure and small volume. 2. The beam path transmission system of high precision reflection and condensation uses the red laser collimation system to indicate the optical axis. Aided with rotary worktable, the software can accomplish the circular cutting and it can be operated in the Windows XP system. The standard industrial control card transmits the data to the laser device and the automatic worktable so as to get high speed cutting. Moreover, the operation software allows personalized setting on Windows user interface.
