Manual surface grinder machine consists of fourtypes which are M618A, M818A, SG200 and SG250. They all adopt thegrinding wheel with the size of 200 mm* 13 mm * 31.75 mm for grinding which issuitable for the grinding of complex shape of the processing materials testedby experiments.

In the case of M818A surface grindermachine, its size is 1330 mm* 1150mm * 1680 mm and it is equipped with a 200 mm * 400 mm permanentmagnetic sucker. Magnetic circuit of the sucker is designed to several magneticsystems which can realize holding and unloading of the processing materialsthrough relative movement of the magnetic systems, thus controlling themagnetic field strength. The sucker can suck up maximum 128 kilograms of goods whichis transported to the grinder.

Maximum horizontal travel of M818Ais 500 mm whilelongitudinal travel is 240 mm.The two movements can both choose mechanical transmission or manualtransmission so that customers can use the machine conveniently .In addition, M818A manual surface grinder machine isequipped with a set of cooling and dust removal equipment, thus providing abetter working environment for the grinding of materials.
