The rattan part of our aluminum oval and round gardentable is woven by Pericampylus,a kind of round cane with diameter of 3.0mm, the application of quality natural rattan canprolong our oval garden table’s service life up to three years. And customercan even choose the rattan of wanted natural color in our wicker option.

The framework ofthe oval garden table we manufactured has two parts, body structure and base. body part of our oval and roundtable is made of 30 X 1.2mmaluminum tubes and the base is made of 25X25X1.2mm aluminum tubes. We do the powder spray upon thesurface of the metal structure to make it harder. For the covering material, weuse 100% hand woven chemical compounded fabric vine.

In terms of the desktop of our aluminumgarden table, we specially match it with a 8mm thick toughened glass which is severaltimes harder than normal glass in blending. Due to the outstanding hardness, it can bear greater pressure andimprove its fragility.  Once it isbroken, the crushed glass still has no incisive tips and can do much less harmto user. The desktop glass we use is security glass standard compliant. Accordingto customer, we can punch the table in the center place for a beach umbrella ornot.

For WF-661 aluminum oval garden table, wedisassemble it into two parts, the base and desktop glass. We pack the basewith EPE film and Kraft paper then stack many of them up, 6pcs/ stack. We packthe desktop glass with 5mmEPE film then put it in a five layer carton.

For WF-521aluminum round garden table, we wrap the three table feet with non woven fabricand the desktop glass with 5mmEPE film totally.  Finally, we pack allthe parts in a five layer carton.
