The casting machine is used for the production of fabricate polyurethane elastomers with a medium and low hardness by semi-prepolymer methods, such as the production of skateboard wheels, mouse pads, non-slip pads, shock pads and more.

Features The casting machine support accurate measurement with a high mix ratio accuracy. An innovative mixing chamber ensures an even mixture and high reliability. New thermostat types ensure the temperature errors remain below 2°C. An outlet with an exceptional vacuum prevents bubbles during polyurethane casting. Pigments, catalysts or other additives can be injected to the mixhead directly to save time and money.
