This elastomer casting machine is used for fabricating polyurethane elastomers based on MDI and TDI prepolymers and chain extenders such as MOCA and BDO.

Features High mix ratio accuracy, error rate lower than 0.3%. The innovative mixing chamber ensures a uniform mixing and high reliability. The hot-oil heating system allows for temperature errors under 2°C. Outlet with an excellent vacuum to avoid bubbles during polyurethane casting.
