Fluidized Bed Dryer
Working principle
The filtered clean air is firstheated by heat exchanger, and then led to the ebullatorthrough distribution valve. At the same time, humid materials enter thefluidized bed dryer through feeder and boil because of the air pressure. In a shorttime, the water will be evaporated. The dried material is dischargedfrom material outlet, while the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the ebullated bed, and then goes through cyclone dust collectorand bag-type dust collector in which solid powder is recycled.
