Multi-Effect Waste Heat Falling FilmEvaporator
The multi-effect waste heatfalling film evaporator, using falling-film evaporating principle, heats dilutesolution to condensed solution by vaporizing partial water. It has features of continuousoperation, high condensing ratio (1/5-1/10), wide range of viscosity (<400CP),high efficiency of heat transfer, small temperature difference, high handlingcapacity, etc.
This evaporator can be used to evaporate the materials with high heatsensitivity and consistency and viscosity, or caustic materials, and also beused to condense the corn steep liquor and maltose juice in starch industry, fruit juice and monosodium glutamate liquid in food industry, milk in dairyindustry, syrup in sugar industry, filtrate liquor in wine making industry, etc.
The multi-effect waste heat falling film evaporator can be combined to bedouble effect, tri-effect, quadr-effect or evenmulti-effect evaporation system. It can also use the waste heat generated fromtube drier, plate dryer or other low heat-value sources as the heat source ofthe evaporator, so as to reduce steam consumption and save energy. If wasteheat vapor supply is enough, there is no more requirement of steam.
