To produce an upper quality tinted glass mirror, we select the best glass andthen it’s cleaned. It goes for a sensitization process following by a silvercoating using a reduction of silver nitrate. Then, a copper coating is appliedand it goes to a curing process to be cover with and acid/alkali-proofprotective paint. When this first paint is dry, it goes for a second one withwaterproof and lead free protective cover. Finally, the mirror is cleaned andis ready for a quality inspection and packing into wooden crates with paperinterleaved and an iron belt supports the crates.

The tinted glass mirror can be clear, extraclear, euro brown, euro grey, dark blue, pink, green, yellow, golden or violetcolour with a thickness of 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm or 10mm. The back paintof the tinted glass mirror can be grey, white, bronze or green colour. Thecommon sizes are 1830x2440mm, 2134*3300mm, 1830*3050mm, 1830*1524mm,2134*3660mm and 2250*3300mm. The minimum order of tinted glass mirrors shouldbe one 20’ container; delivery time takes 7 to 15 days.
