The clear float glass from Tengzhou Bangmei is made by high-quality sand,natural ore and chemical materials by mixing and melting them at hightemperature. The molten glass lays into a tin bath where the float glass isspread, polished and formed. The float glass has smooth surface, excellentoptical performance, stable chemical capability and high mechanism intensityand is covered with and acid/alkali-proof protective paint.

The clearfloat glass is used as awall mirror, bathroom mirror, furniture mirror and many other uses in severalindustries like handicraft, decoration, beauty, optical or auto rear-viewmirrors and many other applications. Its plating layer isrigid and bond and its protective layer is impregnated with good erosion-resistance. Theclearfloat glass has thickness of 2mm, 3mm, 3.7mm,4mm, 4.8mm, 5mm, 6mm,8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 19mm.

Thecommon sizes are 1830*2440mm, 2134*3300mm, 2134*3660mm and 2250*3300mm and can be on clients’requests as well. The clearfloat glass is packed in sea worthy wooden crates with paperinterleaved and the minimum order should be one 20’ container, delivery time takes 15 days.
