1-5L Chemical Packaging

The 1-5L high viscous liquid packing line combines filling and capping units in one line. It is an ideal liquid packaging solution for packing shampoo, detergent, lotion and other cosmetics. This cosmetic packing line is applicable for bottles with a volume within 5L and consists of the conveyor, labeling machine, filling machine, sealing machine, and packing units.

Features The 1-5L high viscous liquid packing line requires only 3 operators. The cosmetics filling machine features a high precision and high pass rate. The manufacturing capability is increased by 30%. The self-adhesive labeling machine can be applied to both round and flat bottles. The floor standing packing machine is suitable for bottles otherwise too heavy for other machines. This line is equipped with an automatic packing and sealing machine that are easy to operate, and thus, increase production speed. Technical Parameters
