Without the wire braid outside, the metalhose, as a corrugated structure constructed from a thin-wall stainless steeltube, will tend to be vulnerable to stretching-induced corrugation deformationand unable to offer as much flexibility. And the external wire braid allows thesoft braided metal hose to maintain pressure resistance and flexibility.
