The IMC-D series magnetic drive pumps are lined with plastic and fluorine plastic and are used to cover a full chemical compatibility with corrosive and aggressive fluids. All parts are directly integrated.
The fluoroplastic surface is tightly anchored to the casing after sintering and molding and the lining layer will maintain its original shape, even under rapidly changing liquid temperatures or vacuum conditions. The casing has a high mechanical strength, while the fluorine plastic lining is resistant to corrosion, pressure, high temperature and vacuum states. The pumps operate at a maximum pressure of 1.6MPa.
