High Shear Emulsifier

The high shear emulsifier features its high efficiency propeller, optimum shear rate, and superb emulsification performance. During the production, it can effectively dissolve and emulsify the materials such as sugar, milk powder, and colloidal additives. If needed, the insulated layer is optional.

Features

Our high shear emulsifier are available in volumes ranging from 600L to 5000L. According to your specific requirements, we are able to design and manufacture custom high shear emulsifier to meet all your needs.
With quick change chuck interface, the inner body is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with the mirror polished internal surface of Ra≤0.28μm-0.6μm. The external surface can be treated with your specific requirements such as polishing, wiredrawing, and sandblasting.
