Jib Crane

Jib crane, also known as hose crane or marine crane, is designed to be installed at oil or chemicals jetties for lifting liquid hoses and other cargos. It can also be mounted on various vessels including oil tankers, chemical tankers, LPG carriers, LNG carriers and other specialty vessels to lift a variety of products, such as pipelines, leased goods and supplies.

Features Jib crane can be independently installed on the jetty or on the top of gangway. In accordance with the safety regulations, multiple safety equipment is installed on the crane. Hydraulic power unit is placed separately from the main motor, avoiding the leakage while satisfying the requirements of electrical devices explosion-proofing. Limit switches for horizontal slewing and vertical hoisting are available. Jib crane can be operated manually or remotely. This jib crane is able to adapt to the height of deck level and pipeline manifold position variation when any tide, draft, wind or wave changes the vessel deck elevation, ensuring a safe operation.
