Dual-sided LNG Metering and Loading Skid

Dual-sided LNG metering and loading skid is designed to simultaneously loading and unloading of tank trucks at two sides. The loading skid is characterized by high integration and small footprint, assisting user in saving plant area. In addition, the LNG metering and loading skid has special design of pipeline arrangement and high standard of producing and assembling to adapt to various loading and unloading operations. With two sets of pipelines instrument valves, electrical devices and control systems which are separately operated, the metering loading skid can implement one-side transferring operation or simultaneous transferring operation on both side without affecting each other.

Features The metering and loading skid is suitable for rear-loading of tank trucks, capable of simultaneous loading of two tank trucks. Due to the advantages of small footprint, more loading arms can be installed at same-sized loading area. Furthermore, the less area coverage saves investment costs in infrastructure and canopy. By integrating two sets of pipelines into one set, the quantity of upstream pipelines can be decreased, thus further reducing the investment costs. Two sets of pipelines and electrical control systems at two sides are independently controlled by two local control panels. If either side fails, the other side will be operated normally.
