1. Cold burden system
Two sets of independent cold feeders with single capacity of 18 tons.



2. Belt feeder
Adopts frequency control and hopper door to double control the feed flux;conveyor belt with flanges to prevent the mixture from overflowing.



 3. Charging belt conveyor
Equipped with feed scraper and emergency cord switch.
Equipped with a set of cold aggregate vibrating screen toprevent big charges and sundries

4. Heating system
Adopts downflow heating system to prevent the asphaltfrom aging and overfiring.


5. Burner
Imported Italian burner, using compressed air atomization.
Special burning fire, light oil and heavy oil are both available.
Equipped with heavy oil preheating system.
Temperature control of recycling aggregate drying: adopts imported infraredthermometer to control the temperature in ± 50°C.



6. Hoisting mechanism
Adopts abrasive bucket chain hoist which is equipped with backstop device.



7. Hot aggragatebin
Large capacity, adopts imported sensor to controlthe continuous material level. Imporetd infraredthermometer is installed.



8. Hot recycling aggragateweighing hopper
Adopt imported sensor to control the measurement. Precision can achievenational standard. Imported cylinder and electro valve are used in measuringand dumping.
Transition cabin, weighing hopper and chute all adopt heat transfer oils toheat and preserve. Therefore, the recycling aggragatesflow fluently.



9. DedustingSystem
Induced-draft dedustingdevice: adopts Italian fan which can effectively prevent lampblack fromtouching fan blades. In order to meet the environmental requirement, cold smokeexhausted by hot recycling drying drum will not directly discharged intoenvironment but will carry on secondary combustion in the drying drum toeliminate harmful exhaust gas.

10. Control System
Asphalt hot recycling system adopts no button operation, which can achieveautomatic and manual operation.
Dynamic display of process flow, human interface, fault alarming displaysystem.
Main electric elements adopt internationally famous brands. PROFIBUS standardtechnique is used to ensure the convenient interface of various types ofasphalt recycling devices.
