Featuring a conical rotor and stator, with adjustable gap allowing for maximum efficiency.
The strong vortex flow field, allowing maximum linear speed of the rotor goes as high as 120m/s, making it ideal for breaking down, reducing and grinding agglomerated material.
The material is exposed to high-speed impact, shearing and rubbing between the rotor and the stator which completes the grinding and coating process. Advantages High volume air flow combined with full dispersion due to the rotation of the equipment at a high speed, results in a high coating rate and ensures no dead zone.
The adjustable grinding device is suited for the coating of powder from 325 to 3000 mesh and has a wide distribution of particle sizes.
An external heating device featuring a controllable temperature, providing a stable product.
Precise metering spraying device enables automation and uses fewer modifiers in production.
