The spiral jet mill utilizes compressed air to bring the raw materials into the grinding chamber via a feeding ejector. The high-speed airflow ejected by multiple nozzles propels the raw materials tangentially onto the grinding liner, resulting in friction-based grinding. To control the grinding fineness, you can adjust either the longitudinal depth of the grinding chamber, the pressure, or the feed speed; however, this is not as precise as a fluidized bed jet mill.
