Components
A cone crusher is mainlycomposed of frame, eccentric shaft, transmission device, crushingcone, bowl-shaped bearing and spring system. The spring system enables large ores and rocks to pass through thecrushing chamber without damaging the crusher.

Operating Principle
After materials enter the top of the cone crusher, they will be squeezedbetween a spindle covered by a mantle and a hopper covered by a bowel liner. Largeores and rocks are broken immediately and then fall to a lower position wherethey will be crushed again. This process continues until materials are small enough to pass through the narrow bottom opening.
