Glucoamylase
Description
Glucoamylase is madefrom Aspergillus Niger through deep fermentation and extraction processes. It is widely used in breweryand manufacture of starch sugar, alcohol, gourmet powder, antibiotics, etc.
Working Mechanism
The enzyme hydrolyzes terminal 1,4-linkedalpha-D-glucose residues successively from non-reducing ends of amylose chainsto release free glucose. This fermentation also possesses the ability tohydrolyze alpha-1,6-glucosidic linkages in isomaltoseand dextrins.

Glucoamylase Specification
1. Solid type: 100000u/g. Liquid type: 100000 u/ml, 120000u/ml, 140000 u/ml, 150000 u/ml, 200000u/ml.
2. Unit definition : Theamount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze 1mg of starch in one hour at PH4.6, 40 ℃.
3. Standard: QB1805.2-93; GB8276-2006
Application Guide
1. In the manufacture of alcohol, add the glucoamylase in the rate of 120-200U/g in the raw material when cooledto 60℃, keep for 30-60 minutes.
2. In the manufacture of starch sugar, add the enzyme inthe rate of 100-300U/g in the raw material when is cooled to 60℃ and atpH4.2-4.5.
3. In the manufacture of dry beer, add the glucoamylase before saccharification or fermentation.
4. In brewing of liquor and manufacture of vinegar, use enzymein place of yeast can greatly improve yield.
5. In the manufacture of gourmet powder, antibiotics,citric acid, etc., add the enzyme in the rate of 100-300U/g in the liquefied starch when itis cooled to 60℃ and at pH4.5.
Package and Storage
Solid type glucoamylase is packed in plasticwoven bag, 20kg/bag.
Liquid type glucoamylase is packedin plastic drum, 25kg/drum.
Specific package requests are also accommodated.
Glucoamylase should bekept in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
