scope of application

temperature requirement
there are three types of vertical annealing furnaces, namely high temperature furnace, medium temperature furnace and low temperature furnace.  the highest operating temperature of the high temperature furnace is 1200℃.  the highest operating temperature of the medium temperature furnace is 950℃, and that of low temperature furnace is 650℃.  you can choose the products according their features.  we can manufacture the products according to the requirement of your size and loading capacity.

control system
the control system includes contactor, scr, module, electronic digital display, intelligent digital display, computer, pid, plc, remote control, centralized control and programming control.

structure
the furnace body is made from full fiber aluminum silicate module.  the furnace bottom is made from lightweight insulating bricks and heavyweight refractory bricks.  the jacket of the furnace body is made from steel plate profile steel.  the furnace lid is driven by mechanical force.  we can equip the furnace according to your needs.
