Description
There are three types of annealing furnace, namely horizontal annealing furnace, car type annealing furnace and vertical annealing furnace.  The horizontal annealing furnace removes the cementite and pearlite from the ductile iron pipes with the process of heating, preserving heat, quick cooling and slow cooling.  After the process, the elongation will be no less than ten percent, the ferrite content will be more than ninety percent and all of the eutectic cementite will be removed.  The process can make the pipe meet the standards of ISO2531-2003(E) and GB/T13295-2003.  The car type annealing furnace and vertical annealing furnace are used in the thermal processing of hot mold method centrifugal pipes with large diameter.

Composition
The horizontal annealing furnace is composed of furnace outer, conveying device, furnace body, fire resisting material, wind supply system, smoke ejecting system, cooling system, flaming system, hydraulic system, electric control system, automated instrument, and so on.

Technical Parameters
1.   The specification of the pipe:  The diameter of the pipe ranges from 800mmto                

1200mmand the length of the pipe ranges from 5500mmto 6000mm.

2.      The specification of the furnace:  The furnace comes in different lengths, namely 26m, 36m, 45mand 50m.  The furnace is 4500mmhigh and 8312mmwide.  The effective width of the furnace is 7160mm.

3.      The output of the horizontal annealing furnace is ten to twenty five tons per hour.

4.      The fuel of the horizontal annealing furnace includes light oil, heavy oil, generator gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas and natural gas.
