High Efficiency Concentrator
Hongxing high efficiency concentrator is engineered to improve the concentration ofore slurry and related materials. It can increase the slurry concentration from20-30% to 40-70%. Due to its reliable performance, the concentration equipmentis commonly used in metallurgy, chemicals, coal mining, nonmetallicmineral mining, and environmental protection industries.
Flocculant can be fed into the high efficiency concentrator to increase the size of solidparticles, so as to accelerating sedimentation velocity. Meanwhile, theconcentrator is designed with a tilting plate which functions to shorten the sedimentationdistance and increase the sedimentation area. In addition, the equipment comeswith complete auto control system. Due to these design advantages, the concentratorfeatures high concentration efficiency, and the capacity ranges from 5.6 to 6250 tonsa day.
