Material
1. The saw blade is made of superior alloy steel from Germany.

Maintenance
1. Before starting the swivel metal cutting bandsaw, please first put lubricant on rails, bearings and other parts according to the requirements of lubrication system. In addition, clean hydraulic oil tank and replace hydraulic oil as per requirements.
2. When starting the machine, first start hydraulic system. To ensure the smooth operation of the machine, you should carefully check it before using the bandsaw to perform cutting operation.
3. After operation, please loosen the band saw blades, which can help extend their service life.
4. After operation, remove workpiece from the bandsaw machine, wipe coolant off the table, rails and clean chips and other sundries from the machine. The saw frame should be lowered to the lowest position.
5. After work, turn off the power to prevent accidents.
