Features

1. Using a chain pusher and back registration system together withspring blade side lay and vacuum sucking conveying system, the STMT seriesautomatic flute laminator is used for laminating corrugated board.
2. The core designed rubber roller, together with the knurled steel roller,enhances the evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness, as well as loweringthe production cost.
3. It uses balance-tested rollers, plus timing and tooth belt driving mechanicsystem to make the automatic flute laminator run at low noise with highprecision.
4. The machine uses an automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulatingsystem.
5. The self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configurationelectric system makes the automatic flute laminator run at low malfunction andstable.  The electric parts used are allworldwide available brands or well-known Chinese brands.
6. All material bought from outside are inspected according to ISO-9001standard and the key parts, such as the harmonic gear and bearings, are imported.
7. The bottom sheet for our automatic flute laminator can be A, B, C, D, E, or Fflute corrugated sheet.  It can finish 3or 5 ply board to sheet lamination or board to board lamination.  The range for top paper can be 200-600 GSMwith top paper advance or alignment function.
8. Gluing: 30-50gsm.  The glue roller ismade of stainless steel.
9. Side lay registration is installed on the automatic flute laminator.
10. Our automatic flute laminator features high precision,easy operation and maintenance, less vibration and low noise.
