Features
PPR pipe fitting is characterized by many advantages, such as light weight, lowswelling ability, good abrasion resistance and so on.  A detailed description is given below.
1. PPR pipe fitting has met the NationAuthority Bureau standard and is made of carbine and hydrogenwithout adding any stablilizer.  As a result, it is nonpoisonous.
2. With its good heat resistant, PPR pipefitting can be used for a long time in water temperature of70℃ andfor a short time in water temperature of 95℃.  The soft temperature is 140℃.
3. Innormal temperature and pressure, it can be used for more than 50 years.
4. Except for certain oxidants, PPR pipe fittingcan resist many chemical matters and cannot rust or corrode.
5. The lower thermalconduct coefficient result in good thermalinsulation.
6. Using the thermal melting connection, PPR pipeand PPR pipe fitting can connect perfectly and the impact andcoiling ability is better than other part of pipe, which can avoidwater leakage.
7. With its density of 0.89-0.9g/cm3, which is only 1/9of steel pipe and 1/10 of copper tube, the PPR pipe is light weight. Because of this, it is easy to use in construction.
8. Due to the small elastic modulus, the PPR pipe fitting is good for inserting in the wall andunderground.    
9. With its smooth interior, which the dray coefficient is 0.007 and is much lower than other metal pipe, the PPR pipe fitting is featureslow flow resistance. 
10. It is not bad for the environment and will not cause anypollution.     
11. The system is designed with complete structure, which can deal with general engineering requirements.  
12. .The cost of PPR pipe fitting systemis the same as that of zinc-plating pipe, but the installation is easier.

Instruction of Laying and Installation ofPPR Pipe Fitting
1. When inserting PPR pipe fitting in the wall, the groove should be leftahead.  If no specification of thisgroove is required, the specification should keep a depth of De 20mm and width of De (40-60) mm.  The surface should be smooth with no cuspprojection.  After test pressure, thegroove should be filled with M7.5 cement concrete, which should be printed withthe thickness more than 30mmto avoid hot swelling, which will result in a crack in the wall.
2. The axial should not be distorted when the pipe passes the wall andstairs.  The pipe should be keptstraight.  When installing it with othermetal pipe, it should be inside and keep a distance of more than 100mm between them. 
3. If the PPR pipe fitting is designed to install outside of the wall, it issuitable to begin it when rendering is finished.  It is necessary to preset the hole andannular tube.
4. When the pipe passes stairs, the pipe should set the steel annular tube,which should be higher 50mmthan the ground, and take waterproof measure. When passing the house, the inlet of pipe should set the fixed supportto avoid loose and leakage caused by pipe disorder, and waterproof measure alsoshould be taken.
5. As the hot water pipe passes the wall, the steel annular tube should be set,which can make pipe swell freely.  As thecooling water pipe passes the wall, the hole should be preset and the outerdiameter of the inlet hole should be more than 50mm.
6. When underground the pipe and wall should finish pressure test and therecord of the covert project.

Requirement of Building to Bury Pipe andWall-inside Pipe.
1. When laying pipe first install inside of the building, then outside.
2. The underground pipe in a room should be laid after civil engine project.
3. The groove inserting pipe should go smoothly, with no cuds projection.
4. Bury the pipe underground and don't use the sand with hard matters.
5. The Pipe inlet should be set pipe protector, the high is 100mm above ground level.　
6. When pipe is passing the basic wall, it should set the steel annular tube,and the specification is more than 100mm.
7. When pipe is passing the street underground, the depth should be more than 700mm, otherwise taking measure. 

The Water Pressure Test Should Fix the Following Requirements.

1. Test water pressure should be 1.5 times ofworking pipe and should not be less than 0.6MPa.

2. The water pressure test should be done after 24hours after pipe connection.

3. Before the water pressure test, take theprotection measure, but the connection point should be outside.

4. The procedures of water pressure test:
First, seal the outlet and inject water slowly, meanwhile exhaust the air inthe pipe.  After charge water, test thewater sealing.  Next, increase pressureby using manual pump, but the time should not be less than 10 minutes.  After increase to the regulated pressure,stop increasing the pressure and keep this pressure for one hour.  Check if there is any water leakage.  One hour later, raise the pressure to theexperimental figure.  A pressure drop ofno more than 0.005 MPa in 15 minutes is regarded as qualified.

5. The water pressure test should be finishedbefore the construction is completed.

Jointing Operation Data

Notice: If temperature of circumstance is below 5℃, theheating time should be prolonged 50%.

Procedure of Installation PPR PipeFitting

1. PPR pipe fitting should be cut by a special toolerand its surface should be vertical, smooth and no burr.
2. Clean the jointing connections between the PPR pipe and PPR pipe fitting,completeness and no dust are required.
3. Draw the jointing length of pipe.

4. At the same time, heat the pipe and the pipefitting on the machine which has been preheated to 260℃, according to its required time.
5. The pipe and the fitting are taken out and the pipe is put into the pipefitting according the drawn line.  Noturning is allowed and keep time on cooling.

1.Standard
There is no formal nation PPR pipe standard in China.  The PPR pipe produced by Zhongcai is regarded as theNational Standard ISO/DIS 15874-1999 "hot-cooling water plastic pipesystem, polypropylene" and we stipulate it into ourenterprise standard, produce and detect with this standard.  This is the same with the PPR pipe fitting.
2. Color
PPRhot-cooling pipe and pipe fitting aresame color.  The cooling waterpipe fitting is blue and hotfitting is cafe.
3. PressureGrade
