1.The YSJS50-type of JN concrete mixer consists of a material feeding andmeasuring system, mixing system, electrical control system and so on.  Its theoretical productivity is 50m3/h and the concrete dumpingheight is 3.8 m.  The JN concrete mixer can mix varioustypes of concrete and is used for building operations with medium scale above,hydroelectricity, road construction, ports, airports and other engineeringconstructions.  It is used inmedium-sized concrete prefabrication factories and manufacturing plants ofcommercial concrete.
2. The JNconcrete mixer can store three kinds of aggregates at the same time.  It uses a loader to load materials and isequipped with two cement silos and a corresponding screwconveyor, two fly ash bins and a correspondingscrew conveyor.  The aggregates,admixtures, water and cement all use electronic scale for measurement.  The mixer uses the vertical axis type andfeatures sound mixing quality, high efficiency and so on.
3.The electrical system of the JN concrete mixer isequipped with an industrial computer, printer and so on.  The overall equipment features centralizedcontrol and holistic management and has the functions of real-time display ofthe production process, information storage, automatic printing, anabnormalities alarm and so on.  Theproduction control has both manual and automatic control modes that can beeasily shifted through the switcher.  (Userscan place special orders for cement silos and the corresponding screw conveyor).
