Features
1.With its density of0.89-0.9g/cm3, which is only 1/9 of steel pipe and 1/10 of copper tubing, the PPR pipe is light weight.  Because of this, it is to use in construction.
2. The PPR pipe has met the Nation Authority Bureau standard and is made of carbine and hydrogen without adding any stablilizer. As a result, it is non poisonous.
3. The PPR pipe can last a long time in the water with 70℃ and a short time in the water with 95℃.  The soft temperature is 140℃. 
4. In normal temperature and pressure, the PPRpipe can be used for more than 50 years.
5. With its good abrasion resistance, our PPR pipecan resist many chemical matters and cannot rust or corrode, exceptby certain oxidants.
6. The lower thermalconduct coefficient result in a good thermalinsulation.
7. Due to the small elastic modulus, the PPR pipe isgood for inserting in the wall and underground.
8. With its smooth interior, which the dray coefficient is 0.007 and is much lower than other metal pipe, the PPR pipe features low flowresistance. 
9. By using the thermal melting connection, it makes pipeand pipe fitting connect perfectly and the impact andcoiling ability is better than other part of pipe, which can avoid thewater leakage.  
10. The useof the PPR pipe is safe for theenvironment and will not cause any pollution.
11. The PPR pipe system is complete and can deal withgeneral engineering requirements.  
12. It is easy to install compared with zinc-platingpipe.

Technical Instructions
1. Standard
Today there is no formal nation PPR pipe standard in China.  The PPR pipe produced by Zhongcaiis regarded as the National Standard ISO/DIS 15874-1999"hot-cooling water plastic pipe system, polypropylene"and we stipulated it into our enterprise standard, produce and detect with this standard.
2. Color
In order to distinguish between hot-water pipe andcooling-water pipe whenthey are installed together, we directly importtwo colors of PPR raw materials from Borealis.  Oneis blue color for the cooling-water pipe, and the other is cafe color for the hot-water pipe.
3. Pressure Grade
Zhongcai PPR pipeincludes S5, S4, S3.2, and S2.5.  S3.2 andS2.5 are applied to hot-water pipe systems and S5, S4 and S3.2are applied to cooling-water pipe systems.  When we design pipe systems, the safecoefficient is 1.25 or 1.5 depending on demands of customers.  For details, pleasesee Table 1 or Table 2.

4. Specificationand Size
The specification of PPR pipe we areusing are S series, expressed by nominal outside diameter multiplying nominal wallthickness.  Given below are the detailed parameters.

Application
The number of PPR hot-cooling water pipe and pipe fitting raw material used by Zhongcaiare same as North Europe PPR.  Ourspecifications include D20, D25, D32, D40, D50, D63, D75, D90, D110etc.  Each pipe is 4 meter.  We can cut the length depending on the demandof customer, even coiled pipe. Detailed applications are given below.

1. Our PPRpipe is suitable for portable water supply inresidential buildings, hospitals, hotels, shipbuilding etc.
2. It is an ideal choice for pipe networks forrainwater utilization systems, swimming pool facilities, agriculture andhorticulture, industry like transport of aggressive fluids, acids and so on.
3. Our PPR pipe can be used as heating pipe forresidential buildings.
