200A, 15kV-35kV Insulated Standoff Bushing

The CEE DBG-15/200 insulated standoff bushing provides a single loadbreak interface.It is used to isolate and sectionalize energized cable in pad-mountedtransformers, switchgear and other apparatus. Temporary or permanent parking ofenergized 200A loadbreak elbow connectors can also be simplified by using this insulated standoffbushing. It protects the de-energized elbow connectors against dust, water and damp. When mated with acomparably rated product, the insulated standoff bushing provides a fullyshielded, submersible, and separable connector for energized operation. It is molded of high quality insulating EPDMrubber and installed in the parking stand mounted on a transformer or otherapparatus. A grounding lug is provided on the standoff bushing bracket for attachmentof a ground wire to ensure dead-frontconstruction. No special tools are required for installation.A hot-stick tool is used to place the stand-off bushing in the parking stand onthe front plate of the apparatus.
