The DLG Series single-screw extruder consists of a feeding system, extruding system, biopsy system, heating system, transmission system and control system.  It is suitable for processing all types of fried or expanded food.  The temperature can be controlled by both heating and hydrocooling in the barrel.  By using water cooling to control the temperature in the screw, we can product high quality products and the temperature remains stable.

The main products
1.  Using potato starch as the raw material, original products such as shells, spirals, and square tubes can be produced after extrusion, maturation and being cut from the mold.  After being re-fried and puffed through drying, they become crispy and delicious
2.  Using flour as the raw material, the produced food can be deep-fried into pizza rolls, broth, etc. without drying.  These items are very popular on the market..
3.  Using rice and konjac as the raw material, nutrition composite reproducing rice can be processed.
4.  Produces rice noodles and instant noodles..
