Dehumidifier, Dryer, Feeder (Three In One, Honeycomb Type)
At present, engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PETG and ABS are widely used in plastic processing and their strong hygroscopicity greatly is affected by the weather, moisture content percentage can not be reduced effectively by the traditional heated air drying system.
Before molding, these engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity must adopt the low dew point wind (at least -32℃) of high stability and appropriate dry temperature to realize their moisture content percentage below 0.02%. In this condition, the formed plastics can show their best physical property and surface smoothness. The efficient dehumidifier, dryer, feeder three in one machine, for its closed cycle system and below -50℃ low dew point dry wind, can make the plastics release the moisture rapidly to the dry wind and can prevent the formed ones from shrinking crazing or dent.
USA Plastics Association suggests that the plastics should be dried below 0.02% moisture content percentage. (below -35℃dew point)

PHDD Series Honeycomb Type Dehumidifier
-NICHIAS Honeycomb rotating wheel for dehumidification made in Japan is a good product for stable absorption the air moisture fop the whole year. Dehumidifying Wheel is made up of Honeycle SG-HP rotating wheel and Honeycle Ms rotating wheel with zeolite for ultra low dew point air.

6. Ability to wash in the water
It can be used again after wash to remove the gray scale.

How to choose type of the needed dehumidifier
In order to get the best efficiency, please use 80% of the drying power and find the correct machine according to the material needed and drying power
For example, to dry 85kg/gr PET, the good choice of machine is SDD-300.
How to choose type of dryer
Drying capability of a dryer(kg/per hour)should be equal to or greater than drying time.(hours). For example, to dry 80kg/hr PET, the good choice of machine is 80*5=400PHD-400
