In this condition, the formed plastics can show their best physical property and surface smoothness. The efficient dehumidifier, dryer, feeder three in one machine, for its closed cycle system and below -50℃ low dew point dry wind, can make the plastics release the moisture rapidly to the dry wind and can prevent the formed ones from shrinking crazing or dent.
USA Plastics Association suggests that the plastics should be dried below 0.02% moisture content percentage. (below -35℃dew point)

How to choose type of the needed dehumidifier
In order to get the best efficiency, please use 80% of the drying power and find the correct machine according to the material needed and drying power
For example, to dry 85kg/gr PET, the good choice of machine is SDD-300.

How to choose type of dryer
Drying capability of a dryer(kg/per hour)should be equal to or greater than drying time.(hours). For example, to dry 80kg/hr PET, the good choice of machine is 80*5＝400PHD-400
