Blow molding machine is applied to blow bottles. It canblow plastic granules or bottle preforms intobottles. Normally the blow molding machine can be subdivided into automaticblow molding machine and semiautomatic blow molding machine. It takes twoprocedures to accomplish the making of bottles.  
Procedure One: preheating
Preforms are processed under the infrared hightemperature tubes. The body part of bottle mold is softened by heating whilethe mouth of bottle mold is not heated to keep the shape of bottle mouth.Therefore cooling device is needed to cool the mouth of the bottle.
Procedure Two: Shaping
This procedure is to put the preheated bottle preforms into the ready-made mold and process high pressureblowing to shape it into bottles according to customers requirements.
