Features
1.High quality compressor
Compressor is the key part of industrial cooling chiller. TONGSHENG coolingchiller adopts good quality compressors imported from Europe, America and Japan. These compressors haveinternally installed safety protection devices. They are energy saving anddurable with little noise.
2.Water tank type evaporator
The water tank evaporator made by thick stainless steel has internallyinstalled devices such as auto-water-replenishment device. Therefore, there isno need to install expansion tank. The evaporator is easy to install andmaintain and is applicable to various special conditions including bigtemperature gap and small flow.  
3.Water cooled condenser
a) The condenser of TONGSHENG industrial cooling chiller adopts the newestouter grooved copper pipe made in Japan,Kobe, with thecharacteristics of large heat release and small volume.
b) The condenser is manufactured in CNC processing centre with the newestCAD/CAM processing technology.
4.Air cooled condenser
a) Our air cooled condenser adopts fins for heat dissipation punched byhigh-speed punch machine.
b) Because the rims of good quality are flanged twice, fins attach to copperpipes more closely and enable the high heat exchange efficiency.
c) Our air cooled condenser adopts imported copper pipes and automatic weldingelbow, which improves the air impermeability and eradicates the leak offreezing medium. This kind of condenser is especially applicable in regionsshort of water and of high water hardness.
5.Configuration
a) Our cooling chiller is equipped with an accurate electronic temperaturecontroller. It can control the water within 5 to 20 centigrade accurately.     
b) Our cooling chiller is equipped with an internally installed compressor with
protection device for overload, water circulation pump with breaker foroverload, protection devices for abnormal system high and low voltage,efficient imported dry filter and expansion valve, the nipple of manual valvefor repair and other devices. All these devices guarantee the safe and stablefunction of the chiller and the convenience for maintenance and repair.
6.Optional pump
We provide efficient energy saving pumps according to customers' needs. Thisenables TONGSHENG chiller convenient to install.
7.Multifunction operation panel
The operation panel of cooling chiller is installed with ampere meter, controlsystem secure device, switch buttons of compressor and pump, electronictemperature controller, various lamps of protection and breakdowns and the lampindicating  functioning. It is easyto operate.

Here we present you a type of industrial coolingchiller which produces freezing water of 205(high temperature ) and 5-35(low temperature). This type of chiller canmeet various needs for industrial cold sources of medium and small productionindustrial cooling. Its refrigeration capacity ranges from 5kw to 300 kw. 2.Power supply
Main power supply is three phase power supply. Control power supply is singlephase power supply. Power supply also includes power of 380V, 50Hz and 220V50Hz.

4.Ordering instruction
