PHD series hopper dryer (direct drying) is the most efficient, rapid and economical machine applied to dry the plastic material. It can dry materials that are being moistened during packing, transportation and recycling. All the models can choose to add the 24-hour timer, the one-week timer or microcomputer control (containing P. I. D temperature automatic controller, 99-hour timer, fault indication and other functions).

1.Our hopper dryer adopts hot air diffuser device with high performance of diffusing hot air evenly to keep the plastic dry evenly and increase the drying efficiency.
2.Special bend design of hot-blast main avoids the accumulation of dust at the bottom of the tubular electric heating tube and also avoids the fire.
3.Inner hopper and all the internal parts are durable for being made of stainless steel.
4.The separated design of the pail and the bottom of hoper is convenient to clear and change material.
5.Our hopper dryer adopts proportional deviation display thermostat to control the temperature accurately
6.Double overheating protection devices can avoid the accidents caused by people or machine.
7.All models can choose preheating timer, microcomputer control or double temperature protection hopper.
