The machine integrating dehumidifying, drying and feeding functions greatly improves the quality of products. It is low in electricity consumption and high in efficiency. This dehumidifying, drying and feeding machine supplies stable dehumidified air at --40℃ dew point. It adopts stainless steel upper and bottom feeding systems, which feature stable performance and long service life. It can match material supplies by up to 5 injection molding machines. All the shutters of machine are attached by magnet and easy to repair. The dehumidifying, drying, feeding machine adopts close-looped supply for dehumidifying air and material system. This system processes heating controlled by contactless relay in solid state. The machine has devices including intelligent trouble alarm and intelligent appointment system so that it is more secure. 

Drying Procedure
1.By high speed reduction of air pressure in the double-cylinder dehumidifying tower, a very low dew point(-40℃) of dehumidified air will be obtained.

2. Excessive oil and water content form the compressed air will be filtered and cleaned by water and oil filters before being transmitted to the dehumidifying tower.

3.Continuous injection of -40℃ dehumidified air of dew point (one way supply ) into closed vacuum dryer hopper will be kept, and moisture on the plastic material will be removed in the hopper.

4.This procedure is a one-way supply system, and regeneration of air is not required.
